The Service allows users to connect their Google Business Profile, view and manage reviews, generate AI-assisted replies, and automate certain responses.
Google Business Profile integration
The Service uses Google APIs and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You authorize the Service to access your data solely to provide functionality.
AI-generated content
AI-generated responses are provided as suggestions only. You remain solely responsible for the content you approve and publish. We do not guarantee accuracy or legal compliance of AI responses.
Subscription and billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing is based on location count and AI usage. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
Data ownership
You retain ownership of your business data and review content. You grant the Service a limited license to process such data to provide functionality.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of AI-generated content or service availability.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
